Hi guys,

I'm using Wise Installer 4.21. Yeah I know.

This is the thing. I've created a text field on the welcome screen. It has a user field in it where they can type in a code.

I want to take this code and put it into the registry. Ive created the field to be called "promocode" . I've also told Wise to create a registry entry based on the promocode field using [promocode] as the entry to take it from.

Although it takes the field, all I get is a blank entry in the registry. It's created the key but not taken [promocode] it's just a blank key.

Any help greatfully received!

Choose a property name in ALL CAPS.
Such properties are copied from the UI sequence to the Install sequence. Other properties are not.
