Can anyone pl suggest which Installer (and what version) should we use..
There are so many Installers in the market but which ones are best suited for a java application?

we have a java application (it is GUI based so there are images etc to be launched)...
Can anyone pl suggest which Installer (and what version) should we use..

There are a number of Java installers on the market. However, the 2 that I've heard the most about are the InstallShield Multi Platform Edition, and one called InstallAnywhere.
I don't know much about either, but I have heard good things about both.

Although you could install a Java application with Windows Installer (but only on Windows systems, not on other platforms), I think it would be natural to use a Java based installer. Therefore I'm moving this thead to the "Multi Platform Install" forum where you are more likely to get the answers you are looking for.
