I want to install the application for all users in 9x environment. On NT, I can use the ProgDefGroupType (COMMON) but this is not available on 9x.
How can I do this?

a little test on win95 shows that the windows\startmenu folder is used if no logon in used (ESC on logon screen), all registered user have a dir in windows\profiles.
maybe you have to look for all directories in windows\profiles and add the icon to their startmenu folder ...
