Error 1904. Module C:\..\RAGENT.DLL failed to register. HRESULT -2147023083.
Is this a known problem?

I use Winstaller LE to create a MSI file. When I try to install the MSI file I created (logged in as administrator), the following error occures:

Is this a RAGENT.DLL a DLL that must be registered by Your setup? May be some dependent DLL are not registered on the system. How do You get the registration information: Using the extract at build function ? Do You have this behaviour on all computers or only on special ones ?

I have solved the problem by disabeling the Restore funtion in Windows XP Pro and created a new MSI file. I think the Restore file was changed during the creation of the MSI file. When I install the MSI file it probably wants to change it again but doesn't have the right to do it.
