Why the Cancel button of a InstallShield installer does not have a shortcut key? There is a way to add one?

But can I add the same functionality like for "NEXT", "BACK" buttons?

I'm not sure what you mean by that. Do you mean that you want, say, Alt+C (for Cancel) in the same way as you have Alt+N for Next and Alt+B for Back?
