I am trying to create a shortcut from the start menu off of entries that are already present.
Programs->A->B->C
Under C I have executables, but need to create anouther directory for user guides. My installs are not creating this next level.
I created the new folder from the DevStudio 9 Shortcuts page, then did a New Shortcut under that folder, but neither are there after the install is ran?

Is the shortcut in a componenent that is in a feature that is being installed?
