I am look for a way to change the setup.ini in a single file executable
Is there a way to do that?

There's a tool at http://www.installsi.../en/msi/isd.htm which can do this for MSI projects in Developer 8. I don't know if it will work with InstallScript projects in DevStudio 9 but you can try.
