When a Signed Installer package is installed in Vista OS, the installation Runs with proper UAC prompts showing the company name in the Publisher details and a Yellow Warning ICON in the dialog.
But when the installer is un-installed, using Add/Remove Program entry or using the package itself, the UAC prompt displays "Unidentified publisher" and the Company name is not displayed. The ICON also displays an alarming Red color entry.
How can this problem be corrected and how to get the behavior as same as during installation ?

This is a known limitation in Windows Vista. As far as I know there is no workaround, it is expected behaviour. Microsoft is preparing a knowledge base article about it. See also:
