MinSize/MaxSize Value Format

What is the value format for Min/MaxSize entries in the Signature Table?

If I have a file of 244 MB (256,677,888 bytes; 256,679,936 on disk as listed in the file's properties), what value would I use in one of these columns?

I see that this value requires a double-integer data type or a four-byte integer value. So, what does that translate to with regard to the size of the above mentioned file?
