I am installing the service (which runs in Local System account) and some GUI application.

During update (when my application is running) the MsiRMFilesInUseDialog is displayed and the Restart manager is then trying to stop the application.
The GUI application is correctly stopped.
After that the error is displayed that the RM was not able to shut down all the applications.

From the logs I see that right after the error the RM finds out that everything is OK.

Any ideas what is wrong?

One additional information:

If I run the msi elevated from beginning (means that also InstallUiSequence runs elevated) then everything is OK and no error is displayed to the user.

Also in the log there is no error displayed (see attachment).
