I've noticed that the "space Required" display on SdComponentTree and the olther component dialogs will display Space Required as zero when in Maintenance mode. Even InstallShields own installation for IS7 has this behavior. Is this a bug and if it is what is the fix. I've gotten no answer from the InstallShields community forum. Thanks in advance!

This is by design. If you don't change selection, no ADDITIONAL space is required (i.e. the maintenance operation will not consume any disk space). If you select additional options you should however see space requirement > 0.
