A client of ours keeps getting the error message:

"iKernel.exe Could Not Be Installed(0x20)". This happens even after rebooting the PC. This doesn't happen on any other PCs, Win2k or XP. I checked the task manager. If I delete the process, it still doesn't work.

Since you cited the KB article, I assume you also verified that you have the appropriate privileges for the "C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine\6\Intel 32" folder.
