Is Standard Project Minor Upgrades working for anyone with the 7.03 Beta?
Aren't you supposed to be able to just set "Generate Package Code" to Yes and then any build can install over any other as long as you don't change Product Version, Product Code, or Upgrade Code?
I keep getting the usual "Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. Yada-yada...."
Am I missing something?

I believe you are missing something. As I understand it, for a minor upgrade, you have to change the product version as well as the package code.
In addition, there are some specific rules and restrictions as to how you change or add features and components.
