I am new to ISWI, i am creating a ISWI setup with 4 programs that each have there own feature, what i would like to know is how to run the installscript custom action, when the particulary feature is set to install, is there a condition i can use to run the script when the feature is set to install or has finished installing ?

You want a condition like
&FeatureName=3
&FeatureName=3
For more information look in Msi docs for the page titled Conditional Statement Syntax
