Package a setup with PFTW 3.0 (with IS 5.5). There are a few instances that it takes a long time to unpack before it shows the 1st welcome screen. The PC is running XP Pro SP2 (3Ghz, 1GM RAM) and there is not much activities going on.
It is also not consisntent when many other PCs do not have the issue.
Any suggestions or insight?

I don't know, but some ideas: Virus scanner? Long path issue (the path to the TEMP folder is extremely long on XP)?
