We have to run a function from a (Cobol) dll while checking the version of the pre-installed product.
This works perfect on Windows NT 4.
But it fails ( return value -1) on Win2k machines.
Unfortunately the customer run the install on Win2k

Dependancy check seems ok on both operating systems.
All neccessary dlls are found at runtime (in the same directory).

What else can I check to ensure usedll works on all os?

Strange thing, after building a static linked dll, it worked.
Don't ask why ....
