I did a custom action of finding whether or not the user has IE 5.5, works good. What I'm having trouble with is if the user does not have IE 5.5 what do I do to allow the user the choice of installing the iesetup.exe? Do I need to create a custom action to launch after its done searching the dll?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds reasonable. Get the first custom action to set a property if the IE version is OK and then have a second custom action that installs IE 5.5 and put a condition on the second one so that it only executes if the property is not set.
