during the setup i install a third-party software (InstallShield v5.5) tha requires at least admin rights. Of course i use a deffered CA in system context to do it.
However it makes a problem when the setup is on a network, since the connection is available only in the user context, not in system context.
I'd like to know if there is a way (except from copying files locally) to solve that!

No. You could use an regular CA to copy the files to the local TEMP folder, then launch it from there with elevated rights.
