May I know How to using InstallShield to make a setup that will attach the database in the End User Computer where I using SQL server.
Note: I have add the MSDE component to End User

You will need to run some SQL script you make. You could do this running osql with LaucnhAppAndWait.

In order to create a SQL database you will need some SQL knowledge. InstallShield can't do that for you. OSQL is a command line tool hat you can use to run sql scripts. I believe it's included in MSDE.
