I would like to change the mouse cursor appearance during the installation indiquating to the user that some opérations are in progress : how can i do?

But unfortunately this works only with Standard projects.
I tried also to change the cursor in a Basic MSI project with the API function "LoadCursor" but I hadn't success.
Maybe there is anywhere out there who could help me with loading a cursor during a installation?
