Creat shortcut for an URL

Hello everybody!

I want to create a shortcut with launch an dynamic URL but i don't know how to it in script.

I tried to do by using "AddFolderIcon" function , but i don't how to set the value of parammeters. I try to find the example about this, but have no one. :-(

Please help me how to do it.
