How can I not delete files that have changed when removing my program? I only want these files to be let on the system if they have changed.

You could back them up before the move data process, and restore them afterwards.

Thanks for the info. Do you have any ideas on how to tell if a file has changed since installation? This way I would only need to backup the changed files.

You could compare the Create and Modify dates of the file. The sample "Backup Modified Files" at http://www.installsi...en/isp_comp.htm might also help.
