Why when i play a patch builded with quick patch, i have to give the path where the previous setup is ?
Is it possible to play (not to build) a patch even if i don't have the previous MSI source file ?

A patch will ask for the source in a number of scenarios. Specifically if a file needs to be installed in its original version before it can be patched. One way to try to avoid this is to set the "include whole files" setting in the patch creation settings. Note that it is still possible that the patch will require the source files.
