Can anyone offer a solution?
I have some COM DLLs that will only register correctly, if I run Regsvr32 after the files are installed. Following the best practice rules, I did not make the DLLs self Registering. I tried to capture the COM information using the Component Wizard, however after the component is created, the advance section is empty {no ClSid or Progid information was captured} . I then thought about creating my own COM components, but I need the ClSid & Typelib of the DLLs, does anyone know an easy way to get this information besides running Regsvr32.
