We use a process for creating transforms for 3rd party MSIs that has consistently worked in the past. However when we try to apply the process to Tivoli SM the install seems to work fine (if a bit quick) however all the files that are installed with the correct name are installed with 0 bytes.

Does anyone have any ideas what it going on or where I could start looking to solve this.

Found the problem was with the attributes being set in the file table - just rest this for every file and it installs fine
