Definition of Minor Upgrade says:
Minor upgrades allow additions to existing software as long as the addition is in the form of the new components.
Features can be added or removed, but the features cannot be reorganized.
Can Component, contained in existing Feature change a component code during Upgrade?

No, because that would mean that you remove the component with the old GUID and add a component with the new GUID. Removing components from an existing feature is not allowed in a Small or Minor update. It requires a Major Upgrade.
