We have an odd error occuring on several PCs.
Create a Basic MSI project, in VS 2010 IDE. All steps followed as done before.
Can save, but a 'Save As' appears. The 'Confirm Save As' appears asking to replace it. Say Yes. Then error appears. 'Error: Unable to save C:\InstallShield 2012 Spring Projects'
Upon a clean and rebuild, 'Save As' window will reappear, as stated above, the get a -5002 error.
Close project and reopen and rebuild 'Save As' reappears, -5002 error does not appear until rebuild.
4 users are affected.
Need to understand if anyone has seen this error. Need help. Another user uninstalled and reinstalled IS 2012 Spring. With SP1.
FYI
KB2976627 installed.
SP1 installed
x64 machines.
Not sure where to turn expect fork over Flexera more money to get support for new licenses.
