I just made the jump from ISWI 2.03 to InstallShield Developer 7.02 and one of the first things I noticed is that the component registration property is gone. In ISWI there was a pretty straightforward manner in which I set the files registration property, chosing Use Advanced, Self-Register or Extract-At-Build. I have a couple of questions. When I upgraded my project, did those settings stay intact. Second, when I add a new component, how do I go about marking the files as Use Advanced, Self-register or Extract at build.

There's a new option COM Extract at Build yes/no for the component, and if you right click a file there's a check box "Self register"
