Hi
I used a customized skin created using skin customization kit. When I install the prgram the skin appears but when I uninstall my program, no skin appears in the Dialog.

I can't find the link at the moment, but I believe this is a known bug that the skin files are not cached on the user's system in all cases.
In my setup when I found this problem, it was resolved by setting the project to cache the installer files on the user's system (In Release view set "Cache Web Download" to Yes and specify a path.)
