Hi, there,

I found a problem. I created a new installation to upgrade the previous version. And then, I uninstall the package, the NT services will not remove automatically.

It could be found in the Services List with its status is start.

My platform is InstallShield 10.5 Premier Edition.

Did you change the component GUID for the component installing this service between releases?

Did you try to reboot after the installation and check whether the service is still there?

Yes, I tried. But the service is still there.

And now, I added a Componet of Services Control to delete the services when uninstall, with Service Argument "-r".

The problem was be settled.

Do you know another solution? Or this is a bug, right?

BR,
Daniel
