Are you using InstallAnywhere? Maybe you can add a command line switch to the uninstall command in registry?

No, sir.

I am using InstallShield 2014 Premier version.

How can I generate logs for this?

Which project type are you using? So I can move your question to the correct forum

I've moved the question to the Basic MSI section of the forum.

Did you try the information which is linked in my signature: HOWTO: Logging an MSI installation http://www.msifaq.com/a/1022.htm

The link you mentioned tells about how to get logs while installation.

I want to know how can I get logs of uninstall process whenever I uninstall my application from Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs.

Oh, sorry that wasn'r clear in the document. The "Globally for all setups on a machine" section applies to all msi operations, including uninstall and repair operations. The MsiLogging property (which can be set via the General Settings of your project in InstallShield) should also apply to uninstall operations (if I recall correctly).
