When i'm tring to unnistall/reinstall products it says
The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Config.msi. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator.

Yre you logged on as administrator? Make sure that System has "full access" to that directory.

But that directory doesn't exist at all .... i don't even know why my installer search for it ... yes i'm logged on as administrator .... i'm tryed to create it but installer siad same thing ...

Even if you had logged as Administrtor,the Installer uses System account for installing,so you need to check whether the System account has enough privilage to access that folder.
