Does anyone have any idea how to get non-advertised shortcuts to install properly?

I am creating several shortcuts using the IDE for my application. If I set the Advertised Proterty to Yes, all my shortcuts install fine. If I set it to No, none of the shortcuts get created.

For anyone insterested, it appears to be a bug in InstallShield 7.01. Alll non-advertised shortcuts install fine with files installed into INSTALLDIR, however, if you use a component installing to a subdirectory (eg INSTALLDIR\bin), the shortcut will not be created.

Has anyone posted this error to InstallShield. I can not found a bug report or tracking number for that.
