Hello!
In documentation for Windows Installer state: do not enter ADDLOCAL=ALL into the Property table because this generates a locally installed package that cannot be correctly removed.
Why? Please, illuminate it for me.
How I can ensure installation of separate features at installation time?
Thank you.

Uninstall is also performed by running your MSI. Setting ADDLOCAL=ALL for an uninstall doesn't make much sense.
You could use INSTALLLEVEL or you could throw AddLocal control event from the Next button of a dialog that's only displayed during first time install. Or you could set ADDLOCAL from a custom action that is conditioned properly.
