Hi All,

 

I had created MSI using Basic MSI Project. And it was working as expected.

Now I have to update few of the config sections of the application, before giving over to customer (I should change the config section before installing MSI)

So, ll I have option to generate separate config file (along with the MSI).

Means, I should get two files one msi file and config file from application

I am not sure I understand, but do you have an opportunity to apply new "internal defaults" from the application itself? This is most often easier, more reliable and less clunky than to focus on getting the settings file correct.
