Old (NonWI version) Uninstall problem

I have to check old installations of my product before starting this new (WI) version. I am able to find them and start them (launching their "Uninstall.exe"), but I should disable the "Next" button in the WI dialog if this uninstallation was not finished properly (it was canceled by the user). Is there any way I can get this information?
