From me test with one click install it look like I can use the ActiveX (player) to
Run any installation
I build couple of installations and used the same ActiveX to install all of them
One can run a silent install from any web page and the user will find a new program install on his computer
Is there a way to block this from happened

Try this,
In Internet Settings / Security Settings / "All Active X Controls" set to Disable or Prompt.
