Does anyboby know an installation software that can install separate components of an application on differents remote machines simultaneously?

My colleagues and I are working on something similar. We think this might be possible using the Windows NT Resource Kit and InstallShield response files. Apparently, there are tools in the Resource Kit that allow one to run an executable on a remote machine. Unfortunately, this only applies to NT and 2000 machines.

In fact, the remote installer I'm looking for must be multi - platforms.

There are several network utilities like SMS that can do that for networks that are exclusively windows. Otherwise, you might try it using the logon script.

Have you solved your problem?
if yes plz tell me also how to run an exe on another machine on network.
