What am I doing wrong?
I have attached a screen shot which shows the Upgrade Code both in the error message and the upgrade table.

I am creating a patch where the latest setup is created with InstallShield 12 and the previous setup was created with InstallShield X. I am getting VAL0003 error: "the Upgrade Code for the previous setup '{...}' is not in the upgrade table." When I look in the upgrade table the Upgrade Code is in the table.
What am I doing wrong?

The Upgrade code might be missing from the OLD setup package, OR you may have changed the upgrade code in the new setup package accidentially.

Thanks for your reply. The Upgrade Code in both packages is the same.
