I have a problem that actually began with IS Professional 6.31, but continues on with version X. When I run any of my IS installations to a windows 2003 server, all of the file time and date stamps reflect the time that the files were installed, not the original time and date stamps. This happens only on Windows 2003 servers, works fine on Windows 2000, XP, etc.
This is a problem because some of the files that are installed do not have versioning (.DAT, .TXT, databases, etc.)
Is there a setting in Windows 2003 server or IS that I am missing or am I stuck with forcing file overwrites on all of my installations?
Thanks
John

I've seen a similar report for Windows Installer (MSI) based setups. It seems to be a bug in Win2003.
