I have replaced the CustomSetup dialog with my own dialog (DLGOPTIONS) which has 3 Checkboxes (OPTIONS: 1,2, 3.)  If the user selects option 1, I want "feature1" to be installed,etc.  Basically how do I modify the install without using the CustomSetup dialog?

DLGOPTIONS is also displayed at install.  I intend to allow the user to select option 3 at install and then maybe add option 2 at a later date through the Maintenance->Modify dialog.

During install I moved the UI sequence before CostFinalize so that the users selections are reflected in the component conditions.  However moving MaintenanceWellcome before CostFinalize breaks things, what is the technical reason for this?

Would the FeatureRequestState, do it?

I've solved my own problem MsiSetFeatureState did do the trick, although it has to be after CostFinalize.
