After migrating our porject from InstallShield Dev 8 to DevStdio 9, the minor upgrade errors out with Internal error 2318, File does not exist:c:\pagefile.sys.

Some posts suggested to look the directory table for undocumented MSI property and invalide entry. I create a default project and compare the Directory table in this project to the Directory table of mycurrent project, all the entries are valid.

Any suggestion is welcome.

I found the problem in a mdac merge module which is not working for IS 9.0 project in minor upgrade.
